Ritten is seeking a Billing Services Account Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for behavioral health clinics onto their RCM platform, managing clearinghouse enrollments, EFT/ERA payer enrollments, and documentation collection while serving as the primary client contact for ongoing support and communication.

About Ritten

Role Overview

We're looking for an organized, client-focused Billing Services Account Manager to serve as the primary point of

EFT/ERA payment enrollments, clinical documentation collection, and platform setup — while serving as the
ongoing support and communication hub for client questions and needs.
You are the face of Ritten Billing Services to our clients. Your ability to keep onboarding on track, communicate
clearly, and proactively resolve issues directly impacts how quickly a clinic can start billing and generating revenue
on our platform.

Client Onboarding

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clinics joining Ritten Billing Services, from kickoff
    through successful go-live
  • Conduct onboarding kickoff calls to set expectations, establish timelines, and align clients on deliverables
    and next steps

  • Ensure all onboarding milestones are met on time and proactively communicate any delays or blockers to
    the client and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal RCM team members (VOB, UR, Billing, Posting) to ensure each function is set up
and ready to support the client at go-live

Clearinghouse Enrollments

  • Initiate and manage clearinghouse enrollment for each new client, including submitting enrollment forms,
tracking approval status, and following up with the clearinghouse on pending enrollments
  • Coordinate enrollment for all relevant payers and transaction types (837 claim submission, 835 ERA,
    270/271 eligibility)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve clearinghouse enrollment issues that could delay claim submission
  • Maintain accurate records of enrollment status by payer and transaction type for each client

EFT & ERA Payment Enrollments

  • Manage EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) enrollment with payers
on behalf of each new client
  • Submit enrollment forms, track approval timelines, and confirm successful enrollment with payers before
    go-live
  • Coordinate with the client to obtain required banking information, signatures, and payer-specific
    documentation needed to complete enrollments
  • Follow up with payers on pending EFT/ERA enrollments and escalate delays that impact the client's ability
    to receive electronic payments

Clinical & Credentialing Documentation Collection

  • Collect and organize all required clinical and practice documentation needed to configure the client on theRitten platform and begin billing, including but not limited to:
    • Provider and facility demographics
    • NPI numbers (individual and organizational)
    • Tax identification information
    • Payer contracts and fee schedules
    • State licenses and certifications
    • Credentialing documentation
    • Existing authorization and payer portal access credentials
  • Track outstanding documentation items and follow up with clients consistently to keep onboarding
    timelines on track
  • Ensure all collected documentation is stored accurately and accessibly for the internal RCM team

Platform Setup & Configuration Support

  • Coordinate with internal platform and billing configuration teams to ensure the Ritten RCM platform is setup correctly for each client prior to go-live
  • Verify that payer billing configurations, provider profiles, service lines, and facility settings are accuratebefore the first claims are submitted
  • Support clients in gaining access to and navigating the Ritten platform, providing guidance and training asneeded during the onboarding period

Ongoing Client Support & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and support requests related to Ritten
    Billing Services
  • Triage incoming client inquiries and route them to the appropriate internal team member (billing, posting,
    UR, collections) for resolution
  • Maintain proactive, regular communication with clients to provide status updates, share performance
highlights, and address concerns before they escalate
  • Conduct regular check-in calls with clients post-go-live to ensure satisfaction and identify any issues or
    additional needs
  • Document client interactions, open items, and resolutions in the appropriate tracking system

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client onboarding, or implementation in a healthcare,
behavioral health, or health technology setting
  • Working knowledge of healthcare billing, RCM concepts, and payer enrollment processes
  • Experience with or strong understanding of clearinghouse enrollments and EFT/ERA payer enrollments

  • Knowledge of multi-state payer requirements for behavioral health providers

What Success Looks Like

  • All required clinical and credentialing documentation is collected and organized prior to go-live
  • Clients feel informed, supported, and confident in Ritten as their billing services partner
  • Client questions and support requests are routed and resolved quickly with minimal friction
