The Marketing Operations Lead owns the systems, data, and automation that power Ritten’s marketing engine. This role partners across marketing, sales, and leadership to improve funnel performance, strengthen attribution and reporting, and build scalable infrastructure for growth.

Role Overview

Ritten is hiring a Marketing Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and infrastructure that power our marketing
engine. This role is responsible for building and optimizing our marketing tech stack, ensuring clean data flow
across the funnel, and enabling scalable, high-performing campaigns. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and
leadership to drive efficiency, attribution, and growth—leveraging AI-native tools and automation to modernize how
we operate.

Location

We have an expectation of ~1–2 days per week in-office in Denver.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize Ritten’s marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Webflow, and integrated tools across
    the funnel
  • Build and manage lifecycle workflows, lead routing, scoring models, and campaign automation to support
    growth and revenue goals
  • Ensure data integrity across marketing and sales systems, maintaining clean pipelines, accurate attribution,
    and reliable reporting
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance across campaigns, channels, and
    funnel stages
  • Partner with marketing and sales to improve conversion rates, handoffs, and overall funnel efficiency
  • Implement AI-native tools and workflows to enhance personalization, segmentation, and campaign
    performance
  • Manage HubSpot configuration, including objects, properties, workflows, sequences, and integrations
  • Support website operations in Webflow, including landing page updates, tracking implementation, and
    conversion optimization
  • Own marketing attribution models and continuously refine how we measure ROI and campaign impact
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase speed, scalability, and operational excellence

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth, or revenue operations in a SaaS or healthcare
    environment
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot (required), including all core certifications and hands-on experience managing
    complex instances
  • Google certifications (Analytics, Ads, or similar) with strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and
    performance measurement
  • Experience working with Webflow or similar CMS platforms to support marketing and growth initiatives
  • Strong systems thinker with experience building and optimizing marketing automation and lifecycle
    programs
  • AI-native mindset, with experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, personalization, and
    performance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and
    product teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ownership of conversion tracking architecture across forms, campaigns, routing flows, and source fields
  • Partnership with Sales/RevOps on enrichment, segmentation, and qualification infrastructure
  • Operational support for product launches and release communications
  • Executive-facing reporting / KPI framework development
  • Broader stack exposure beyond HubSpot + Webflow (automation tools, enrichment tools, webinar/support
    systems, warehouse-connected workflows)
