The Marketing Operations Lead owns the systems, data, and automation that power Ritten’s marketing engine. This role partners across marketing, sales, and leadership to improve funnel performance, strengthen attribution and reporting, and build scalable infrastructure for growth.

Ritten is hiring a Marketing Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and infrastructure that power our marketing
engine. This role is responsible for building and optimizing our marketing tech stack, ensuring clean data flow
across the funnel, and enabling scalable, high-performing campaigns. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and
leadership to drive efficiency, attribution, and growth—leveraging AI-native tools and automation to modernize how
we operate.
We have an expectation of ~1–2 days per week in-office in Denver.
